Paul Balog
Telecenter Director

Paul Balog has served as the director of the Toms River Regional Schools Telecenter in Toms River, New Jersey for the past 14 years.

In this capacity, Paul is the producer for TV-21, a local educational access cable channel. He is also an adjunct professor at Georgian Court College where he teaches graduate courses in educational television production as well as a course on distance learning techniques.

Paul has been a Turner Learning National Faculty member since 1993, and was recently appointed to the new CNN Student Bureau advisory board. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops throughout the east coast and has received numerous educational grant awards for his work in instructional television.

Paul earned a B.A. in Fine Arts from Jersey City State College and also received a B.A. from Rutgers University in the Philosophy of Arts. He earned his Masters in Fine Arts at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
